Sean is a media and marketing specialist with over five years of experience helping rural businesses and organizations tell their stories. A graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in media and communication, Sean grew up on his family's multi-generational ranch in Southeast Colorado — he understands the language and realities of the communities he serves. His work spans videography, video editing, social media content creation, website design, voiceover work, audio production, and strategic communication. He has lent his voice to commercials, conservation PSAs, radio shows, and institutional video content. Sean is also the creator of That's Rodeo, a western entertainment brand with 20,000 followers across platforms that has been featured on Cowboy Channel, with individual posts reaching nearly half a million viewers. Siera is a photographer and co-owner of Doherty Marketing and Media with firsthand experience building and running a small business in a rural community. Born and raised in Alva, Oklahoma, she brings an authentic understanding of rural life to every project she takes on. Through her photography business, Redlands Retro Western Photography, her work has been featured in Oklahoma Women's Journal, on the cover of Red Angus Magazine, and on the social media channels of Working Ranch Magazine, Cowgirl Magazine, Boot Barn, and Wrangler. She knows this world because she lives it.
